Padgett Garden

Founded in August 1990, the Holden Beach Beautification Club is a nonprofit 501(c)3.  We design, plant, and maintain the public gardens on the island.

The objectives of the HBBC are:

  1. To encourage environmental improvements on Holden Beach through beautification, restoration, and the protection and conservation of our natural resources.
  2. To provide a non-profit, philanthropic, and educational association for the members.
  3. To study the art of gardening and to cooperate with the entities furthering such interest.

Membership:  Membership is open to all residents and/or property owners on Holden Beach.  Annual Dues are $20 per member.

Meetings:  The club meets monthly from September through May on the second Wednesday of the month at 1:00pm unless otherwise noted.  Meetings are held at the Holden Beach Chapel with the exception of some field trips or the May Social.  If you are interested in attending a meeting, please email us.
